Rhonda Smyth has over 20 years of senior executive leadership experience across healthcare, aged care, disability, retirement living, medical devices and life sciences with not-for-profit and commercial organisations, driving growth and meaningful change across all significant areas of business operations.

 

She is an advocate of continuous improvement, design thinking and using data to inform business decisions. Rhonda works collaboratively with our clients to identify opportunities to optimise business processes to realise the end-to-end customer journey, exceed customer expectations and deliver customer-centric healthcare services.

 

Rhonda holds Biomedical Science and Marketing qualifications and is an Institute of Managers and Leaders Fellow. She specialises in supporting clients in business development, business process and workforce management optimisation, customer experience, strategic marketing and change management.
